Adjusting Layers

Today, we adjusted images which displayed signs of being saturated with other colours such as green. We could isolate certain points on an image (such as the person) and change their complexation without touching the rest of the image such as landscape.

This feature is handy in terms of changing the tone of certain points of an image without touching the rest. I see a use for this application in photomontages-were all elements of the image have to have the same colour, tone and hue

Using the curves icon was very useful and it was fascinating to see how much difference a slight movement of the curve would change the colour balance of the image.
