Today we were given an item and asked to photograph it in the yard of the college. I was given a mallet. 

We were asked to consider everything such as ISO, Aperture, shutter speed and white balance. To aid this, I brought in a grey card, light meter, reflector and a tripod was given to us.  

I went outside and took several images using all the above items. The light was poor as it was a very grey day.  

ISO 100 

Shutter speed 1/400 

Aperture 2.8 

Focal Lenth 50mm. 

I used a 50mm lens with a high aperture value.  

 
 

 
 

I edited the image using Photoshop and used the exposure button to give the image more clarity on a dull day which today indeed was needed.
