Photomontage

 For an assignment, we were asked to take am established image and rework it into a contemporary contextual idea. I used the famous painting called American Gothic and put gas masks on the subjects. The context is post truth- preparations for marshal law, Armageddon and mistrust of the government- a very common way of life for those in the prepping community in America. 

I simply used Adobe Express and used 3 images to make one.
